Using this site

The kits, calculators and articles on this site are general information to help you run your business. They aren't legal, tax or financial advice. Results depend on your business, so we can't promise any specific outcome unless we've put that promise in writing for a paid service.

SMS Terms

• Program. Third Shifters sends text messages for our own business and for small businesses we work with. Every text names the business it's from.
• How you opt in. You'll only get texts after you call or text one of these numbers, ask for a quote or appointment and give your number, or agree to texts when you book with a business.
• What you'll get. Replies about your call or request, like a text after a missed call, a follow-up on a quote you asked for, or a reminder to rebook.
• How often. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 3 texts about each request.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stop anytime. Reply STOP to cancel and you won't get any more texts from that number. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or email paulette@thirdshifters.com.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
